Our Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, ensures accountability, and upholds the highest standards across the organization. The Board is a balanced mix of executive, non-executive, and independent directors, bringing diverse experience and deep sector expertise to guide our long-term vision. With 17 members, including the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and CEO, the Board leads through transparency, strategic alignment, and active engagement with both shareholders and internal teams.
Performance is monitored through structured reporting cycles - monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reviews - ensuring that corporate and departmental objectives are met with discipline and clarity.
